Join us for the Sacred Explorer: Big Bend Adventure Retreat — a journey designed to nourish, awaken, and root you back into yourself. From November 27 through November 30, 2026, we'll move through the desert, vast open skys together.
This retreat is hosted by Ashleigh Hakes and Tiffany + kid apprentice Fox Fede, curated to bring you moments of stillness, adventure, and profound connection to your mind, body, spirit, and the living land of Big Bend.

Children under the age of 15 are $497 Kids will either sleep with their parents, or we can include an extra memory foam mattress in your space. Includes all meals, excursions, and ceremonial offerings. 💸 This early bird rate includes a non-refundable $250 deposit.

One Adult - Shared Room
Standard rate $1,897 (save $200 by booking now). You are a full participant — never placed into a family unit by default. Each person will have their own full-size bed. Room arrangements will be coordinated with the facilitators. If you have a preference for whom you share a room with, we will arrange accordingly. Includes all meals, excursions, and ceremonial offerings. 💸 This early bird rate includes a non-refundable $500 deposit. Very limited private rooms available.

Two Adults 1 Bed - Shared Room
Standard $5,197 for the pair (save $400 during the Early Bird Rates). For a partner or friends sharing a designated bed arrangement in a shared room. Each pair will have their own Queen-Size Bed. Room arrangements will be coordinated with the facilitators. If you have a preference for whom you share a room with, we will arrange accordingly. Includes retreat offerings. 💸 This early bird rate includes a non-refundable $750 deposit.

Private Dome for 1-3ppl
This is suitable for 1-3 kids or adults who want the seclusion of their own private space. Up to 3 beds per room (can accommodate additional children) DM for pricing. Enjoy the tranquility of your own completely private Space Cowboys Dome. Each space comes with two Queen-sized bed that sleeps 1-2 people. We can accommodate two extra people with an additional memory foam floor mattress. Includes all retreat offerings. 💸 This early bird rate includes a non-refundable $1000 deposit.

Payment Plan with Deposit
Secure your spot with a minimum $500 non-refundable deposit. Enter the starting amount you would like to save your spot. The remaining balance will be arranged via a custom payment plan. Please contact Ashleigh or Adam directly after booking to finalize your personalized payment schedule. 💸 Your $275 deposit is non-refundable and counts toward your total retreat investment, which must be paid in full by November 1, 2026.
