Bring your favorite drink like coffee, tea, cacao (this is what me and Adam will be sipping on), sparkling water, or anything that makes you feel abundant and alive. Together, we’ll turn something simple into a ritual of gratitude and prosperity before settling into a guided Lion’s Gate Yoga Nidra.
